How Do Fpc Factory Processes Control Product Quality?

In FPC factory quality management, people only look at the results. Practice has proved that the quality control of FPC can only be controlled closely with the process control.

(1) First inspection control

Before launching FPC products, the team leader, quality inspector and staff must be required to carefully check the on-line materials; use tooling equipment to confirm that the performance is stable and intact. Then produce three FPC products in small batches to confirm whether the FPC products are qualified. Qualified after online production, unqualified to find the reason, until qualified.

(2) Check and control

In the production process of FPC, managers and quality control personnel should conduct spot checks on products and spend 80% of their energy on the weak links in production, such as: original employees, key equipment, key positions, etc.

(3) Final inspection control

For the final FPC product, the emphasis is on control. The faster the work is done, the more irritable the staff tends to be and the more prone to mistakes, so keep it under control.
